Easy to find.  In Phillipsburg, from the Route 22 intersection with 519 (Honda dealership), take Rt 519 South.  Left at light (still on Rt 519 South), Right at Quickcheck ( still on 519 South), at the top of the hill on the left, across from PNC bank (on 519).
